Do we need this to be dockerized? What about just using plain ruby/rvm/bundle? |

Up to you, but I don't forsee the Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml becoming anymore complex than they are now. Here's the link to a Gist and I'll also create a seperate pull request that will add this link to the README. https://gist.github.com/decaby7e/957ca91f9392ddebc09f8edf654064db |

Added Dockerfile and docker-compose. Made changes to README to include this in development workflow.
